The HR workspace is Optserv's core: people, departments, attendance, leave, overtime, and recruitment — all with role-based visibility.
The HR workspace is the core of Optserv. It's always enabled and covers the full set of people operations a startup needs to run day-to-day.
What's in the HR workspace

Who sees what
The HR workspace uses role-based visibility throughout — the same data looks different depending on who's logged in.
Employee — Self-service view. Sees their own attendance, their own leave and overtime requests, and their own profile. Cannot see other employees' data.
Manager — Department-scoped view. Sees all employees in their department. Can approve leave, overtime, and attendance corrections for their team.
HR — Company-wide view. Sees all employees, all departments, all requests. Can manage people records and recruitment.
Admin — Same as HR plus company settings and billing.
