Information You Provide

When you register or use Optserv, we may collect: full name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, authentication credentials, and any employee or contractor profile data you enter into the platform (such as names, roles, employment status, and access permissions), as well as any other information you voluntarily submit.

Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain usage data when you interact with our platform, including: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent, clickstream data, and session identifiers. This data is collected through cookies, local storage, similar tracking technologies, and analytics services.

We use cookies and similar technologies, managed through Google Tag Manager (GTM), to operate the platform, analyze usage, and measure the performance of our advertising. Advertising and remarketing cookies: We use Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad campaign performance, track conversions, and serve remarketing ads to users who have visited our platform. These tools collect data about your browsing behavior — including pages visited and actions taken — and may share it with Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to build advertising audiences and attribute ad clicks to conversions. Google Ads may set cookies such as _gcl_au. The Meta Pixel uses cookies and the _fbp identifier. This data is governed by Google's and Meta's own privacy policies.
Preference cookies: Used to remember your language and display preferences.
All non-essential tracking is loaded through Google Tag Manager (ID: GTM-5VP799FM). To opt out of Google advertising: adssettings.google.com. Note that opting out of advertising cookies does not opt you out of analytics tracking, and opting out of analytics does not affect platform functionality.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads, Firebase)

We use multiple Google services: Google Tag Manager to load and manage all tracking tags; Google Analytics 4 to analyze platform usage and user behavior; Google Ads to measure advertising conversions and serve remarketing ads to past visitors; and Firebase Analytics for additional usage measurement. Data collected through these services may be transferred to Google's servers, including in the United States, and used by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Google Ads data may be used to serve you ads on Google Search, YouTube, and partner sites based on your prior visits to optserv.ai.

Meta (Facebook Pixel / Meta Ads)

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) on our platform. This tool collects data about visitor actions — such as page views and button clicks — and sends it to Meta Platforms, Inc. This data is used to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, build custom advertising audiences, and serve remarketing ads to users who have visited our platform. PostHog

We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how users interact with platform features. PostHog may collect event data, session information, and behavioral telemetry. AI and Machine Learning Services

Certain features of Optserv are powered by third-party AI language models and machine learning services. When you use AI-powered features, relevant input data may be transmitted to and processed by these providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control how third-party AI providers process data on their end, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. AI-generated outputs are for informational assistance only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or HR advice.

Infrastructure

We use Supabase for database and backend services, and Vercel for hosting. These providers may process technical data such as IP addresses and request headers as part of delivering the service. Each provider's data practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

Disclaimer on Third-Party Providers

Optserv is not liable for any actions, omissions, data handling practices, security incidents, or privacy breaches by any third-party service provider. We do not control what these providers do with data after it is transmitted to them. Where required by applicable law, we establish appropriate data processing agreements with providers that handle personal data.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

With third-party service providers who process data on our behalf solely to operate and deliver the platform, under appropriate data processing obligations.
To comply with applicable laws, valid legal process, court orders, or enforceable government requests.
To protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Optserv, our users, or the public.

Optserv is not responsible for the independent data practices of any third-party provider. Their respective privacy policies govern their use of any data they receive.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. HOWEVER, NO SECURITY MEASURE IS PERFECT. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF YOUR DATA. We are not responsible for data breaches, unauthorized access, or data loss caused by third-party service providers, your own actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@optserv.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Age Restriction — No Service to Minors

Optserv is a business operations platform intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older and authorized business representatives. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use this platform. If we discover that we have collected information from a person under 18 without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us immediately at support@optserv.ai.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide our services. Upon account closure or a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law (such as tax records or legal proceedings). To request deletion of your account and data, email support@optserv.ai. Note that data transmitted to and stored by third-party service providers is subject to their own retention policies, which we do not control.
