Optserv Documents: company file storage with role-based visibility for contracts, policies, and internal files.

Documents is Optserv's company file storage module. It gives you a place to store contracts, offer letters, company policies, onboarding guides, and other internal files — with visibility controls that ensure the right people see the right documents.

What Documents is for

Documents is not a general-purpose cloud drive. It's company-scoped, HR-adjacent storage designed for the files that come with running people operations.

Access model

Documents uses a combination of role-based defaults and per-document visibility settings:

  • Admins and HR can see all documents by default
  • Managers see department-scoped documents and any documents explicitly shared with them
  • Employees see only documents shared with them or set to company-wide visibility
